Installing HeatSHIELD

• Access to the roof cavity is all that is required for HeatSHIELD to be installed
• The installed HeatSHIELD acts as a blanket of insulation which greatly reduces the heat transfer from the hot attic space to the living areas of the house
• During the installation process the HeatSHIELD insulation is blown into the roof cavity through a flexible hose
• The SHIELD installer uses the hose to manage the flow of product into the roof cavity and can control and monitor the thickness of the HeatSHIELD to enable the creation of a custom insulation blanket at the desired thickness (R-value)
